Our advice also comprises formal aspects related to the regulation of businesses: writing up formal minutes of shareholders' and directors' meetings, communication and registration of company acts in the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, National Securities Commission (CNV), and company registration bodies such as the Registro Público de Comercio or the Inspección General de Justicia.
